SLCP是社会劳工整合项目的简称，该项目致力于通过创立和实施一个简单、统一和有效的行业范围的社会与劳工数据收集的融合评估框架（CAF），为利益相关方改善全球供应链的工作条件提供支持。

SLCP验厂是为了减少降低社会与劳工审核的次数，以改善全球供应链上的社会与劳工条件。这将消除Auditfatigue(审核疲劳)、实现数据比较、节省资源以用于改善计划。

企业供应商申请SLCP融合框架包含基本清单：

1.数据收集工具（离线Excel文档/在线填写）

包含了工厂在填写中的所有关于社会与劳工主题的问题。

2.验证协议

包含了SLCP关于验证的规则。SLCP验证员必须遵守验证协议中的验证规则以确保数据的质量和完整性。

3.验证员指南

提供范例说明如何验证问题，为验证员在验证流程中提供支持。融合评估框架目前提供英文和简体中文版本。以后亦将提供西语版本。但工厂和验证员必须以英文填写答案。

SLCP验厂审核前，工厂应具备如下条件：

a.具备生产、检验认证产品的硬件条件（如厂房设备、仪器、环境等）；

b.具备保证认证产品持续满足认证要求的管理体系；

C.具备满足相关认证要求能力的人员。

除了上述条件外，工厂还应准备以确保检查期间：

a.认证产品正常生产和检验（初次检查至少小批量生产，证后跟踪检查可以是认证产品或类似产品正常生产和检验且认证产品有成品库存），产品应覆盖不同的产品类别；

b.相关认证人员在工作岗位上正常工作。

c.相关硬件条件可以正常运行。
